Payment and Pricing

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement. AIVORY retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

AIVORY's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
